🔧 Initial Functions
📄 Creating Files and Folders
The core of the platform is the ease of uploading files and creating directories. Next to the "All files" tab, you will see a "+", which is where you will upload your documents.

By clicking on the "+", you will see two options: one to create a folder or upload a file stored on your machine.
👤 Users and Groups 👥
OwnCloud allows you to store, access, and share files with other users. In the upper right corner, you can access where you will manage users and groups;

Users: You can add users so they can view and/or create and delete files in your cloud, depending on the restrictions set by the administrator or the group the user belongs to;
Groups: You can create groups to restrict actions performed by users, with various manageable permissions for each group.
To add a user, you need to have an established group to which this user will be assigned. To add, just enter:
-
The user's name
-
The user's email
-
Which group they will be allocated to
After creating, they will be added within a few moments.
