MySQL/MariaDB/Percona Cluster

For projects that require maximum performance and high availability, the MySQL/MariaDB/Percona Cluster is the ideal alternative. It provides a set of cluster topologies that not only automate the installation but also the discovery of new nodes in the database, all from pre-configured schemes that ensure efficient replication.

🚀 Installing MySQL/MariaDB/Percona Cluster​

  1. In the SaveinCloud platform panel, go to the MARKETPLACE.;
  2. In the search bar, look for MySQL/MariaDB/Percona Cluster;
  3. Click Install.

Stack - Select which database you want to use for the application: MySQL CE, MariaDB or Percona.

Topology - Create the topology of the environment of your choice:

Primary → Secondary (Primary-Secondary with scalable secondaries): the secondary node is a copy of the primary.

Primary → Primary (Primary-Primary with scalable secondaries): both nodes can be changed independently.

Add ProxySQL for SQL load balancing - Proxy that intermediates communication between the application and the database, offering load balancing.

Environment - Name that will be displayed in the access link.

Display Name - Name that will be shown on the platform.

Region - Region where the cluster will be installed.

After a few minutes, the environment will be installed and the access credentials to the cluster will be sent to the email registered on the platform. If ProxySQL has been enabled, the access credentials will also be sent by email.

With the credentials received by email, just use them to connect to the database.
